Peter McDonald travels from Tipperary every Friday and Saturday to sell his produce and to pass on his passion for mushrooms.

The Mushroom Man brings to the Milk Market a wide variety of mushrooms and mushroom products. Oyster, Portobello, Button and Flats are amongst the varieties he offers. All of Peter’s mushrooms are grown at his modern “state of the art” production facility located in Tipperary Town.

Along with your mushroom requirements for home cooking, the Mushroom Man also stocks a selection of enticing savoury mushroom concoctions that only require a quick roasting in the oven to create a healthy and nutritious entrée.

With barbequed mushrooms and a lovely selection of hot mushroom soups available at the stall, Peter McDonald’s dedication to his mushroom passion is infectious.
