A taste of the sea awaits you if you visit the stall of Olivier Beaujouan at the Milk Market. But not alone that, he also offers a range of Italian, Spanish and Irish cured meats, along with the strong flavours of his local Irish pate.

Olivier smokes his own locally caught mackerel and trout and regularly changes the menu at The Wild Side stall to include a selection of delicious flavoured seaweeds and seafood terrines. In fact, he stocks seven varieties of pickled sea vegetables that can be used to adorn a salad and give a truly unique flavour. Over 80% of the produce on show is of Irish origin and his locally smoked salmon in dill, underscored with a delightful cream cheese accompaniment, is a must to sample.

With his range of locally harvested shellfish, including Kenmare Bay oysters, Dingle Bay periwinkles and a vast array of salamis from near and far, you will not forget to call again to Olivier’s stall on your next visit to the Milk Market.
