Ekaterina Moisel is a trained pastry chef with long experience of working in the hotel industry in several European countries.
Although relatively new to the Milk Market, Sumptuous-Delicious has attracted a loyal base of fans, which repeatedly show up at the stall to purchase the enticing and elaborately crafted home baked products on offer.
All of the ingredients used by Ekaterina in the baking operation, which is based in her home in Limerick, are locally sourced and come from suppliers of the highest standing.
Just one look at the beautifully presented array of fresh cream sponges, tarts and pastries along with a selection of cupcakes and fruit flavoured breads will have your mouth watering.
