Established 100 years ago by current owner Paul Cusack’s great-grandfather, this family business needs no introduction to those who relish fresh fish on the dinner table at home.
The shop at the Milk Market has been operating for 3 years and is a firm favourite with regulars and visitors alike.
Paul has been involved in the business since he was only 9 years old, so one could say that he knows every facet of the fish business “from head to tail”. He brings his genial personality to the market and has helped extend the peerless reputation of Rene Cusack’s fish in the market district and surrounds.
The shop is supplied daily with the best of brill, turbot, black sole, lobster, crayfish and oysters from the company's modern plant in Raheen Industrial Estate.
Specialties include Cusack’s own smoked salmon, line-caught tuna & shark, scallops, mussels and clams.
