Well known for his merchandising and display skills, Pat Ryan’s stall is a fruit feast for the eyes. Pyramids of apples and oranges are set amongst cascades of bananas and kiwi fruit.
Pat’s family began trading at the Milk Market in the 1950s and he is the third generation of the clan to continue the tradition. His daughter Yvonne helps out on most market days, so we can expect them to continue their association for many years to come.
