Sean and Oli are the fourth generation of the O’Driscoll clan to be involved in the family fishing business.

With their Dad at the helm, the two O’Driscoll trawlers, the Clodagh O (S343) and the Chloe O (S547), set out each morning from Schull in West Cork to source the best catch of the day for their customers at the Milk Market to purchase and cook at home.

All of O’Driscoll’s fish products are wild, come from sustainable sources and whenever possible are line-caught.

Sean and Oli will happily give assistance and advice with cooking instructions whilst preparing the fish to their customer’s requirements.

Typically on offer at the Milk Market each week is a vast array of the ocean’s bounty including turbot, brill, haddock, whiting, hake, plaice, lemon sole, monkfish, ling and mackerel.

They also offer a range of delicious shellfish products including prawns, mussels and scallops.
