Brehony’s Bellish is owned and operated by award winning chef Conall Brehony and his stall has been a regular feature at the Milk Market since 2006.
Conall makes a great range of relishes, sauces and dressings.
His award winning lemon oil dressing along with other favourites like Brehony’s thyme oil, basil oil, red wine jus and peppercorn sauce will enliven any homemade meal.
When it comes to relishes and chutney’s, you won’t go wrong by choosing from Conall’s red onion, apple and cranberry varieties.
Amongst his own favourites are his Coolea Cheese salad dressing, which is made with the famous 26 month old Co. Cork Coolea cheese and his slow-roasted tomato soup which picked up a gold medal at the Great Taste Awards in 2009.
