Although well known in the Milk Market for many years for bringing her delicious and ever popular free-range eggs, Bernie also supplements her stall with home-grown cabbage, rhubarb and apples during the growing season.
However, all year round you will find Bernie’s stall stocked with free-range eggs, freshly laid by her flock of 36 Sussex hens on the family farm in Clarina, Co Limerick.
