The Adare Farm Shop at the Milk Market is owned and operated by Tommy Relihan. Tommy and his family also run the farm in picturesque Adare, which supplies all the produce that you will find in this charming and well appointed shop.
With farming in his blood from an early age and with an energetic and engaging personality, Tommy brings to the Milk Market an ever growing range of farm produce from a sustainable and ethically based source.
The very best of traditional farm meats, together with a selection home-made of gourmet meat products, makes a visit to the Adare Farm Shop a must when at the Milk Market.
Adare’s gourmet sausage range includes “smoked bacon & cheese”, “sun-dried tomato & basil”, “black pudding & thyme” and “apple & pork” varieties.
From the farm dairy comes Relihans Milk, produced by the farm’s own herd of pedigree dairy cows, along with Relihan’s country butter and six varieties of home-made ice-creams and sorbets.
